A: Great question. Love a team player. While it is true, I do take a majority of your pod off your hands, I can't do it all... I can't be you!
First, there's always a bit of a curve with any new client relationship. I'll need a handful of files, info on your biz, and potentially site logins (i.e. Canva) when we get started. Then we'll get into a nice flow together.
For ongoing management, you're simply in charge of recording your audio, naming the episode, providing any guest info, and posting any social media graphics or videos that I provide. Plus, depending on the package you've selected, finding and scheduling guests.
For podcast launches... you'll be more involved, but once we get past that initial setup and show creation, it’s smooth sailing!

A: For ongoing management: To keep everything on track for your podcast, I request audio 14 days before you'd like the episode to launch.
For initial launch: Timeline varies. Allow at least 4-6 weeks before your podcast will launch.

A: To make sure you have lots of time for your biz, we won’t meet face to face, but rather will chat over email or your custom Trello board throughout the week to make sure we’re on the same page for your episode.
Otherwise, I offer a semi-annual review of your show via a big ol' Zoom meeting for my higher level packages.

Second, it is a fantastic way to reach more potential clients. People LOVE podcasts right now. It's just one more way that lucky lead can find you!
Plus, if you have guests on your podcast, they will share the episode with their audience. Boom. You're instantly in front of all of their clients/potential clients. free. Let the leads roll in.
PLUS PLUS publishing your podcast and show notes to your website every week is a great way to boost your SEO. AKA More people can find you on the interweb when your website is getting updated every week with all these juicy keywords from your episode.

I provide production & recording coaching with all of my monthly packages. Audio editors can only do so much, so setting you up for success with a proper recording space and techniques is key to making you sound like the expert you are.

A: No. I don’t currently offer social media management, but I'll take your branding and make you some lovely graphics and audiograms and even video reels, if you'd like, but I make 'em and hand 'em off to you. Then it's up to you to upload if your heart desires.
